99abai Terms and Conditions – Pakistan Players

1. Acceptance of These Terms

Welcome to 99abai. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Member" or "you") and 99abai ("the Platform", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of the 99abai website, mobile-optimised platform, and all associated services.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any feature of 99abai, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the 99abai platform.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirement

To register and use 99abai you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. This is a strict minimum and is not negotiable under any circumstances.
• You must be a resident of Pakistan or otherwise legally entitled to use online gaming services.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list, cooling-off period, or have an active account suspension on 99abai or any associated platform.
• You must not have previously had a 99abai account suspended or closed for breach of these Terms.

99abai takes underage gaming very seriously. CNIC-based identity verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed and may be requested at any time during your use of the platform. If you are found to be under the age of 18 at any point, your account will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be voided, and your deposited balance will be returned to you after investigation.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each person is permitted to hold only one account on 99abai. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual — whether using different phone numbers, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — are strictly prohibited. 99abai uses automated systems and manual review to detect duplicate accounts. All accounts beyond the first will be suspended and any balances may be forfeit.

When registering on 99abai you must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information including your legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and a secure password. You are responsible for keeping your registration details up to date.

Your account security is your responsibility. Do not share your 99abai password with anyone — including friends or family members. 99abai staff will never ask for your password. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately and change your password via the account settings page.

• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for additional security — available in your account settings.
• Use a unique password not shared with any other platform.
• Log out of the 99abai platform when using shared or public devices.
• Keep your registered mobile number active — it is used for account verification and withdrawal confirmation.

99abai reserves the right to request identity documents at any time to verify your eligibility, identity, or source of funds. Failure to provide requested documents within the timeframe specified by 99abai may result in account suspension until verification is complete.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 99abai are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion at any stage. 99abai does not charge any platform fee on deposits or withdrawals.

4.1 Deposits

Accepted deposit methods on 99abai include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT, and Pakistani-issued Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. The minimum deposit is Rs 200. Deposits are credited to your 99abai wallet instantly upon confirmed receipt.

• Deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• 99abai does not accept deposits made with funds that are the proceeds of any illegal activity.
• If a payment provider places a hold or reversal on a deposit, the corresponding funds may be removed from your wallet pending resolution.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals on 99abai are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible. Minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Fully verified accounts typically receive Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals within two to five minutes of approval.

• Your account must be fully KYC-verified before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will be delayed if there are pending identity verification documents outstanding on your account.
• 99abai does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not previously used for deposits.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.

5. Bonus Funds and Promotional Offers

99abai offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, rebates, and event-specific offers tied to PSL and other major sporting events. The following general rules apply to all bonuses on 99abai unless the specific promotion states otherwise:

• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements which must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific multiplier for each offer is stated in the promotion details.
• One bonus at a time: Only one bonus may be active on your 99abai account at any time unless explicitly stated in a specific promotion.
• Bonus eligibility: Welcome bonuses are available to new members only on their first qualifying deposit. Players who have previously held a 99abai account are not eligible for new-member offers.
• Game restrictions: Some bonuses may only be used on specific game types — for example, a casino bonus may not contribute to wagering through sports betting. Check the individual promotion terms before accepting.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and any associated free spins expire after the period stated in the promotion. Expired bonus funds are automatically removed from your wallet.
• Abuse: 99abai reserves the right to withdraw bonus offers and void bonus-derived winnings if it identifies abusive behaviour including matched betting, arbitrage strategies, or coordinated play designed to exploit promotional terms.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

By placing any bet or participating in any game on 99abai, you accept all associated game and betting rules. The following general principles apply across all 99abai products:

6.1 Sports Betting

• All sports bets are placed at the odds displayed at the moment of confirmation. Live in-play odds may change between selection and confirmation — you will be shown the updated odds before the bet is accepted.
• Minimum bet on all sports markets is Rs 100 unless otherwise stated on the specific market.
• Bets settled in error will be corrected once the error is identified. If corrected odds are materially different, you will be notified.
• 99abai reserves the right to void any bet where there is clear evidence of a pricing error, data feed failure, or match-fixing suspicion.
• In the event of a match abandonment or result not being determined within the timeframe specified by the relevant governing body, 99abai will settle bets per the rules stated in the relevant sport section.

6.2 Casino and Card Games

• All RNG (random number generator) games on 99abai use independently certified random number generators. Outcomes cannot be predicted or manipulated.
• Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical card dealing in real time. Any technical disconnection during a live game will result in the hand being settled based on the available information or voided and restaked at 99abai's discretion.
• It is the player's responsibility to ensure they understand the rules of a game before placing real-money bets. Rules are available within each game interface.

6.3 Aviator and Crash Games

• Aviator on 99abai uses a provably fair algorithm. Each round result is generated before the round begins and can be verified by players after settlement.
• If a player's connection drops before they cash out in an Aviator round, the auto-cashout setting (if configured) will execute. If no auto-cashout is set, the bet is lost if the plane crashes before connection is restored.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 99abai. Violation of any of these rules will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on 99abai.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or identity verification.
• Using software bots, automated scripts, or any artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the 99abai platform.
• Exploiting technical errors, glitches, or pricing mistakes for financial gain.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or systematic strategies designed to circumvent bonus wagering requirements.
• Colluding with other players on any game — particularly live card games and poker.
• Depositing funds obtained through credit card fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal means.
• Attempting to reverse any legitimately processed withdrawal through your bank or payment provider (chargebacks). Any chargeback will result in immediate account suspension and legal action where applicable.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 99abai staff through any communication channel.

8. Account Suspension, Closure, and Forfeiture

99abai reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time and for any legitimate reason, including but not limited to suspected breach of these Terms, regulatory compliance requirements, or fraud investigation.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, you will be notified by email or SMS and given the opportunity to provide information that may resolve the matter. If an investigation concludes that no breach occurred, your account will be reinstated and any temporarily held funds released promptly.

Where an account is permanently closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited. Deposited real-money funds will be returned to you after a full investigation, provided they were deposited legitimately and are not subject to any AML hold.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 99abai support. Before closure, any open bets will be settled normally and your remaining real-money balance will be paid out to your registered payment method. Bonus funds at the time of voluntary closure are forfeited.

9. Responsible Gaming

99abai is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Gaming should be enjoyable entertainment — it should never be a financial strategy or a way to deal with stress, anxiety, or personal difficulties. The following tools are available to all 99abai members in your account settings at no cost and with immediate effect:

• Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amount. Once set, limits can only be increased after a 24-hour cooling period.
• Loss limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose in a defined period.
• Session time limits: Receive an automatic notification or logout when you have been active on 99abai for a set duration.

11. Intellectual Property

12. Limitation of Liability

99abai is not liable for:

• Decisions you make regarding betting strategy, game selection, or staking amounts.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence — to the extent that such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by law.

13. Disputes and Complaints

If you have a complaint about any aspect of the 99abai service, please follow the process below. We aim to resolve all legitimate complaints fairly and promptly:

3. Step 3 – External Review: If after the formal escalation process you remain unsatisfied, you may contact the relevant regulatory authority under whose licence 99abai operates. Details are available on request.

14. Changes to These Terms

99abai reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered members via SMS to the mobile number registered on your account and via a notice displayed prominently on the 99abai platform.

Any changes take effect 14 days after notification unless regulatory requirements demand immediate implementation, in which case changes may take effect immediately with notification provided simultaneously. Continued use of 99abai after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
